Once you take delivery please put your pizzas in the fridge, or freeze, and eat later.

Our chefs have made your pizzas with the same ingredients, and in the same time-honoured, Naples traditions we’e always done, with one little difference.

We only add the toppings once the pizza base has been cooked, and then blast chilled.

It’s over to you to finish to perfection. 

Let James, our founder, explain;

1. Crucially, turn your oven up full whack (220C-240C). This will make all the difference.

2. Remove your Vaporetto Bake At Home Neapolitan pizza from its packaging, and recycle. If frozen, make sure you fully defrost before cooking.

3. Drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil on the pizza, and crust

4. Slide your pizza onto the middle shelf and bake for 5-6 minutes. Don’t over bake it here! Check in-between to avoid the crust turning too crispy.

5. Enjoy. Re-order. Repeat.
